Speaker: Dr. Julien Guillaumin, Docteur Vétérinaire, Diplomate ACVECC, Diplomate ECVECC
Dr. Julien Guillaumin graduated from the National Veterinary School of Nantes in 2001. He moved to the United States in 2005, working at UC Davis and Cornell University, and securing an ECC residency at UC Davis. In 2019, he moved to Colorado State University as an Associate professor, with credit toward promotion to Full professor as early as 2021-2022.
He currently has published a total of 51 referred published or accepted journal articles, including 33 as a first or senior author, and 32 publications at rank (since 2015). He has participated in the edition of 2 textbooks and 1 multimedia CD and also has 26 book chapters published or accepted, mainly on the topics of thrombosis, thromboembolism, and thrombolysis. Dr. Julien has presented 44 research abstracts and has 16 ongoing research projects, including 8 under his direct supervision and 3 manuscripts submitted for publication.
